Kirstyn A. Walton
Kirstyn Walton is a Principal at Market Platform Dynamics (MPD) where she works with clients to develop customer, channel, and market strategies for catalyst businesses. Kirstyn’s expertise is in the areas of consumer survey design and analysis and channel design and implementation, including strategies to build loyalty within customer communities. She also participates in the development of investor and VC pitches for MPD’s incubator portfolio companies.
Kirstyn’s consulting experience includes serving as Vice President of Client Services at a boutique Boston-based consultancy that provided results-oriented marketing strategies to firms in dynamic industries. In that role, Kirstyn worked with firms across a number of industry verticals to assess market opportunities, develop launch strategies, and develop and refine revenue and business models.
Previously Kirstyn was an analyst at a global economic consulting firm where she provided analytical and research support for the preparation of expert economic and legal testimony, policy reports, and market briefs on various issues at the intersection of law, economics and policy. She also served on the software development team at O’Reilly & Associates, a leading technology source and publisher of how-to software manuals.
Kirstyn holds a bachelors of science in economics from MIT.
